Fonda Mexican- VIC, NSW & QLD (Inhouse operation to Outsourced Operation)
Scenario: CleanKings took over Fonda Mexican’s ( 9 Fonda Mexican franchise venues) commercial cleaning contract in 2019 and it was an in-house cleaning operation at the time. Franchise Owners had serious doubts about outsourcing as well as cost factors though their biggest problem was how to deal with holidays and staff absence from work which was challenging.
Results: CleanKings proposal addressed their main problem of staff holidays and absences with a casual pool of staff always on demand for work and fully trained with their venues, 8.5% cost savings with the cleaning cost which includes payroll management, super and other employment allowances, supervision & supplying their own equipment, chemicals, and consumables. Also, with CleanKings they now benefit from the full transparency with the cleaning operation and get a daily sign-off report for all of their venues and weekly cleaning site audit for all of their venues. CleanKings have maintained an average 93% cleaning score with no major complaint for consecutive past 4 years and zero injuries and hazards across their venues.

Sushi Jiro franchised venues - VIC (Already outsourced operation taken over by CleanKings)
Scenario: CleanKings took over the Sushi Jiro Franchise Group- (16 Sushi Jiro franchise outlets) commercial cleaning contract in 2022 and the cleaning operation was outsourced to another commercial cleaning company by that time. Franchise Owners were comfortable with the previous cleaning standards, but they were open to seeing what value CleanKings can offer.
Results: CleanKings’ proposal outlined the transparency and technology-embedded reporting structure as well as quick response turnarounds as the main value proposition and 8.9% cost savings with the cleaning cost compared to their previous operator. CleanKings have maintained an average 95% cleaning score with no major complaint for the consecutive past 1.5 years and zero injuries and hazards across their venues. During that time CleanKings assisted the Sushi Jiro franchise with their new venue openings and built solid cleaning teams to assist all their venues.

Loan and Mortgage broker franchise group Case Study: Rate Money Group - VIC & NSW (Already outsourced operation taken over by CleanKings)
Scenario: CleanKings took over Rate Money Group’s franchised office cleaning contract (31 Franchise offices) in 2019 and the cleaning operation was outsourced to another commercial cleaning company at the time. The company was tendering out and finally chose CleanKings as its preferred supplier for their commercial cleaning and consumable supply.
Results: CleanKings proposal outlined the transparency and technology embedded reporting structure as well as quick response turnarounds as well as the ability to cater to a total cleaning solution. Yearly 8.8% cost savings with the cleaning cost compared to their previous operator though communication and level of standards were improved across all offices. CleanKings have maintained an average 91% cleaning score with no major complaint for the consecutive past 4 years and zero injuries and hazards across their centres. During that time CleanKings have assisted all of their ad hoc & periodical cleaning requirements along with COVD-19 impact cleaning and daily sanitization requirements.
